REGULAR MEMBERS: Any company engaged in the seismic restraint, vibration isolation, or noise isolation industry for a minimum of five years, with a minimum of 10,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space devoted to the products of the industry, and doing an annual volume of at least $5,000,000 in sales in the U.S. of the products of the industry, and employing a U.S. registered professional engineer full time, may be eligible for membership in VISCMA. ASSOCIATE MEMBERS: Our Associate members are companies that manufacture and supply, as one of their primary products, a minimum of 50% of the annual dollar sales requirement for Regular Membership as set forth above, in sales in the U.S. of the following materials to the seismic restraint, vibration isolation, or noise control industry. Pad Mounts Fiber Glass Mounts Molded Elastometric Mounts and Hangers Spring Mounts and Hangers Pneumatic Mounts and Hangers Cable Sway Braces Rigid Sway Braces Seismic Snubbers Bumpers Associate members shall have manufactured and sold these products of the vibration control industry for a minimum of 5 (five) years. Associate members shall have shall not have exclusive representation of a company that qualifies for Regular Membership or have an exclusive contract with a company that qualifies for Regular Membership. Associate Members shall employ a U.S. or Canadian registered professional engineer full time. Associate members shall have all the privileges of membership except that they shall have no vote in Association matters, nor shall their representative be eligible for election as a Director or any other Officer in the Association.
